- Develop and deliver structured training programs for new and existing field verification officers
- Train staff on customer verification processes, due diligence standards, and fraud detection techniques
- Conduct onboarding training for new field verification recruits
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and SOPs
- Update training materials regularly based on policy changes and operational feedback
- Provide one-on-one coaching and corrective training where necessary
- Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to improve verification quality
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports
- Support field audits and quality assurance checks when required
