Job Description:
- Manage incidents, respond to requsests for technical assistance in person, via phone & email.
- Responsible for supporting post-sales customer activity remotely and on-site.
- Responsible for carrying out detailed site survey & maintain proper documentation
- Perform installation, implementation and network integration at customer’s site function/ Domain. Reporting to place of posting essential attributes, desired attributes in Nigeria.
- Promptly investigate, resolve and report any incidents, errors, events or deviations.
- Ensure installations, maintenance and trobuleshooting is carried out within agreed OLA.
- Responding for resolving concerns on signal strength, signal to noise ratio and similar parameters in accordance to Spectranet approved standard.
- Share insight & appropriate action against bandwidth consumption, virus infection and security threats. Track, route promblems and requests, document resolutions.
- Prepare daily activity reports and inform management of recurring problems.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 Years experience
- HND, B.Sc in Electrical Electronics, computer science, communication information technology.
- Proficient in WiFi, WiMAx, LTE, TCP/IP, WLAN, Ethernet, LAN, WAN, Device/Network level trobuleshooting, computers ( OS & Application Level ), Analytical, internet and Tech savy, customer focused, Team Player, relevant industry experience, been on the front end handling customers and team.
