- The person would be responsible for delivering customer acquisition, retention and revenue targets for Fixed Line retail business based on FTTx and WTTx based technologies.
- The area of operation would comprise all Spectranet business locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Effective management of the Fixed line team, ensuring cold calling and funnel creation to meet the business goals.
- Churn control by ensuring robust relationship with the existing customers and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Formulation of quarterly / yearly business plans o Develop robust relationship with other functions to ensure TATs for installation are met and post sales handholding of the customers is done effectively.
- Delivery of monthly / quarterly / yearly customer acquisition and revenue targets as per the business plan.
- Periodic training of the team.
- Excellent communication skills, command over English language (both written and verbal).
- Expertise and gravitas and should be able to meet and finalize deals with CXO level / HNW individuals.
- Should have more than average proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Word o High levels of integrity and business ethics o A Go – getter attitude and should be able to work in a challenging environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
The candidate should have a total relevant work experience of 12 – 15 years. - Should have worked in a Telecom company (Mobile / ISP – in 4G LTE and FTTx environment.
- Must have experience in – Direct Sales experience in a B2C environment, Relationship building with the key decision makers, Handling a team of more than 10 Direct Sales executives (DSEs).
- Demonstrable previous experience in Direct selling within an ISP, Telecommunications or IT (communications related) Service Provider.
- Proven track record of handling & negotiating orders in a B2B environment.
