Mission

▪ Coordinates process activities during project execution to ensure uniformity among different disciplines and consistency with contract requirements and project objectives
▪ Supports efficient project execution through effective integration of process requirements/constraints among Project Stakeholders, including Licensors
▪ Ensures Project schedule, cost and quality objectives are met through coordination of Project Process Leads with the other project functions
▪ Supports the project team in keeping focus in overall vision by identifying and anticipating possible critical issues and facilitating early resolution.

Tasks

▪ Ensures review of contractual engineering related documents interfacing with other project functions
▪ Ensures skills, know-how and methods for the relevant technologies are available and further developed
▪ Participates in defining the overall project planning and scheduling, directly supervising the finalization of process engineering plans and schedule, including insourcing and outsourcing plan of activities
▪ Participates to Risk management and other interfunctional reviews concerning process activities
▪ Ensures coordination with engineering disciplines in multidisciplinary engineering activities/reviews▪ Supervises the issue of process engineering deliverables supporting the reviews of key multidisciplinary documents
▪ Manages the interfaces with Licensors for both process and engineering matters
▪ Supports the project for process and engineering issues directly interacting with Client and/or Licensors
▪ Attends, and promotes, necessary reviews to the setup, technical contents, performances of packages, supervising the follow-up of the outcomes
▪ Participates to contract management giving technical support to PM/TM for variations requests and change orders
▪ Ensures the execution plan of process scope in accordance to the defined execution strategy and split of work
▪ Ensures homogeneity of approach during the project, among different process technologies and with licensors
▪ Ensures freezing of process engineering documents and engineering close out in accordance with project schedule, supporting the transfer of process activities at site
▪ Ensures the interface with the Field Engineering Manager and Commissioning Manager and the coordination of home office support for process related issues
▪ Coordinates the preparation of Performance Tests Procedures by the Project Process Leads and the other involved disciplines and manages the execution and reporting of Performance Test Runs
