Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, operate, and maintain mechanical equipment
- Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Participate in plant startup, shutdown, and load variation activities.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with electrical, instrumentation, and operations teams for integrated plant performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, reports, and logs.
- Ensure proper spare parts management and inventory control.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on plant machinery.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in power plants
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
