Responsible for coordinating daily plant operations and supervising shift operators, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant plant performance.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate daily plant operations
- Supervise shift operators
- Ensure compressors and gas handling systems operate within safe limits.
- Monitor plant performance and optimizing efficiency
- Ensure operational logs and shift reports are accurately maintained.
- Implement operational procedures and permit-to-work systems.
- Escalate operational anomalies and initiate immediate corrective actions.

- Plant Operators
- Security Officers
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in gas, energy, or industrial plant operations.
- Knowledge of CNG compression systems, Gas pressure control systems and Industrial plant operations
- Knowledge of Safety, HSE & Emergency Response
- Operational level knowledge of Regulations & Compliance
- Ability to handle incidents and nar-misses
