FTTH Project Quality Director
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the local quality team, including work order review, on-site quality and EHS inspections by quality engineers, and formulate team work plans while conducting daily tracking and promotion.
- Responsible for communication and coordination with customer and subcontractors regarding quality and EHS matters, as well as interfacing with internal project teams including engineering, outsourcing, and acceptance activities.
- Responsible for tracking major EHS and quality issues to ensure closed-loop resolution.
- Report the overall progress and results of the quality team to the Chinese project team, and produce weekly and monthly work reports.
- Responsible for the project scope covering all projects of ZTE Nigeria, including FTTH, wireless, and microwave.
Qualifications
- Possess engineering experience in FTTH, wireless, and microwave projects.
- Possess specific team management experience and excel in organization and coordination.
- Possess strong documentation skills, including the preparation of documents using Excel, Word, and PPT.
- Proficient in communication and expression, capable of efficient communication with external customer, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Proactive and responsible, able to be on standby at any time according to project requirements.
- Prior experience in quality and EHS management of large-scale communication engineering projects is preferred.
