About the Role
Konga Health is looking for passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisors to join our growing team. If you have a strong interest in skincare, cosmetics, and wellness, and enjoy helping customers make informed choices, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on skincare, beauty, and wellness products
- Assist customers in selecting products suited to their needs
- Drive product awareness and sales through excellent customer engagement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Support inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 1–3 years experience in beauty, retail, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of skincare and beauty products (an added advantage)
- Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
